Tito’s Goa’s management engaged with team Creometric to handle all their digital marketing and social media marketing needs, as well as revamp the website and increase ticket sales at their clubs.
In the first two months, Creometric faced a few challenges with Google Ads, however, after split testing and ad optimization, we saw a steady and rapid increase in traffic. Creometric also revamped the Tito’s Goa group’s website in August 2018 to give users a better user experience. To further Tito’s brand in terms of sales, Creometric set up a call center support using Interactive Voice Response(IVR), which was divided into three departments –
general information,
ticket sales and
group bookings.
Besides this, travel agents were activated across the country. This was all achieved in a record six-month phase.
